Well Day One:
B- Toffee shake
L- 1/2 Dark Truffa Bar
D- 100g Chicken, 150g Cauliflower Rice and a Curry Pack.
Done great all day then the dreaded headache hit and painkillers just didnt cut it
. Drank loads of water and thought id have an early night. Went to bed just after 7 and couldnt sleep felt dizzy and head killing me and also felt really sick like i had eaten too much :S. Anyway gave in and has a tea biscuit and went to sleep after that. 
Day Two:
So far so good today although the headache still there and still feel sick.
B- Vanilla shake (wont be having again)
L- 50g Lettuce, 100g Chicken, 50g Cherry Tomatoes and 50g Cucumber.
I am starving today and soooo close to giving in. I cant remember it being as bad last time i done this or when i done cd either
