Weight Loss when BREASTFEEDING?

Mine is 8 weeks.

Mine is 7 weeks today! I'm having 3 HE's, and I'll start having 4 HE's when he's two months old.. yum lol
Not much age difference between yours and mine!

Hi you get extra Healthy extras

upto 2 months = 3 extra
2-3 months = 4 extra
4-6 months = 3 extra (if weaning)
4-6 months = 4 extra (if baby is NOT weaning)
Over 6 months = 1 extra (when weaning)

I started class this morning. consultant seemed a bit divvy but she said that i was only to have 3 healthy extras. 2 x a and 1 x b. but does this mean that you think i should be having and extra 4? she said that this is the most i will have whilst breast feeding.

My little man is 8 weeks old, and i am solely breastfeeding.

I dont want to harm my milk supply cos im not eatng properly!!!

I don'y go to group... so I'm currently having what you're consultant has suggested but I do plan on having the extra HE when he's two months... that's based on what people have said on here though.
I'd say do what you think is best, if you want 4HEs have them and see how you get on with your weight loss. They also advise you to use up all 15 syns.
