weight loss??

Not that i am disapointed with my first week -8lb but having read others losses was wondering how some people, even the ones who are lighter than me are able to loose up to 14lb in their first week, as I haven't, does this mean i'll be losing at a slower pace or maybe their eating habits different?:confused:

8lbs is a brilliant loss! You could loose even more next week, it really is different for everyone! I lost 7 the first week and was well happy with that... just drink loads of water, that helps!! x
It also depends on how much glycogen, and therefore water, they were carrying. If they had more glycogen than you, they would loose more, but most of it would of been water loss.
honestly I am over the moon with my loss but just wondering how it works, so thank you sanghi.
