Weight Watchers steam Soy Salmon and Rice

Hi, Does anyone know the syn values in this?
I had it for lunch today and it was fab!!!
It was a frozen meal, in a bag rather than the usual ww frozen meals and it was a steamfresh salmon and veg with white rice and soy sauce.
I'm really hoping its not too high as i would def have it again!!
