Hi all,just got back from clinic ,
the doc thought I was with a relative for support cos I looked too small for the clinic!!
Chuffed about that,then I was weighed and told I was 235lbs 16st 7lbs!!! Down from 19st 1lb (3rd aug).
Told to keep doing what Im doing(SW)Feel fab!
