Hiya

I had my second weigh in last night and I've lost another 3 lbs :eek::eek:.

I'm well chuffed.

I've been struggling with the exercise side but the kids have been off on half term this week and we've done loads of walks. We went up a wee hill yesterday (although my 4 year old told her daddy she had climbed a mountain) and I'm wondering if that has had anything to do with it. If it has I'm a convert and will start doing more walking to try and help it come off quicker.

Well done, that is a great loss for your 2nd week, keep up the good work and i think the walking defo does help, i'll need to start getting out walking again xx
