So week 1 finished and I had a day out at carvery, and went over my syns a few days, but this week I lost

6lbs.

Which I'm fairly happy with. :D

Aiming for 1lb next week to bring me to 7lbs off, my C says to aim for more.

She told the class today that its 22 weeks til Xmas, and if we really worked at it, 2.5lbs a week would see a loss of 4 stone!

So determined hat on.

What a great start. Very well done.

22 weeks at 2.5lb is 4 stone eh? Quite a challenge for Xmas but achievable. Good luck.:) May give that a go myself.

Thanks all. I celebrated by going for a run, then added on a half hours walking on top, so a hours exercise all in today, I'm gonna get that 2.5 lbs this week lol. :D

Well done on the loss this week Hun that is amazing!!!
However, I dont think your Consultant should have said to aim for 2.5lbs a week as for some people thats not achievable. Im a 1lb plodder and if my Consultant had said this to me and I had gone back and only lost 1lb, I would feel like a failure.
Aim for as much as you can Hun and whatever happens you WILL be far lighter by Christmas!
