Anyone else giving this a go? I found a website that if you put in your number of daily points (i have 26) and the day you want to be your super high day (mine is Saturday, WI day) it tells you how to split your points for the Wendie plan - this is what my week will look like...

I don't know which to try...the original? Or the WW members one? I don't normally have all my weeklies but don't normally split them up either - I usually have 2 high days (sat/sun) followed by 5 low days

Ive been doing this all week, works better for me as before i wasnt using my weeklies and now i do. I weigh in on monday so will find out if its working for weight loss but defo am enjoying it :)

I will let you no, im not sure how it will go though as had 2 weeks without weigh in due to being on holiday so im expecting a gain opr sts, will be chuffed it its a loss :) x
 
Had a barbecue with mum, dad, hubby, sister and her boyfriend for my sisters birthday! Eaten what I wanted and still under pp for today...delicious! :)

cool i had mine yesterday, had a small chinese, was delish :) cool well uodate on how your getting on and il let you no how i do. Im defo gunna stick with it for a while as it works for me :) xx
 
Well I really enjoyed day 1 - I had 48pp - I had a lovely breakfast at home with hubby and then had a BBQ at mum and dads for sisters birthday and had chocolate cream cake for dessert - it was lovely! I ate what I wanted (not v.much bread) and it was lovely!! :)

Day 2 today is 26pp and have so far had cereal, banana and skimmed milk 5pp

Yep I'm with you I had 37 of the 42 points allowance, I'm on 27 points today :)
Its so nice to feel like you have freedom if that makes sense! Are you doing the WW one x

I've had porridge and banana 5pp so far, lasagne 11pp and salad for lunch and not sure about tea yet :)

Good old bananas to the rescue of the low pp day - haha! I'm doing the original one where I use all the pp - a scientific experiment! :)

Just wondering what cereal/milk you have for 5pp's?
 
I have 40g of most things (special k, coco pops, bran flakes etc) and 100ml of skimmed milk.

Why? do u think I'm pointing it wrong? x

Thanks Lisa...I do usually check when I try a new one - I love weetabix minis but they're heavy so 40g is still 4pp but you get about 5pieces -haha! ;-) x

I have 180ml for my Quaker oats but 100ml for all others x
