Decided not to bother with the Wendie plan this week - hubby taking me out for a posh meal tonight...going to get all glammed up and stick to my dailies for the week! Can't wait!! :)

I'm going to do that this week too, but i start today.
I'm just going to have sundays ponits next sunday so i still have my high day on saturday.

Thinking about starting this today, been weighed and this week and last put 0.5lb each week so back down to 1st loss exact. But need to keep it off!

So I roughly know how this works and iv worked out my points on it.

How long do you do it for, is it just a one week then back to normal or can you stick on it for a bit?

I've lost every week never put on or STS yet!!
I do try to vary my food each day and not to have too much bread :)
