I kept a diary of the first few weeks on the Discovery Forum. I have tried to put the link on here, as I thought it might help others, but, sorry, it doesn't seem to work.

Hello Ann - YOU LOOK ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!
I started LL a few weeks after you in Jan/Feb 2006.... and I have drifted in and out of the discovery forum.... but I am now getting the hang of this website now.

I am absolutely thrilled that you look like a complete new person!! Even after all this time, I am still amazed by the results of this diet!! Sorry, it doesn't help with your query - but I had to remark.

I've found a "long way round" to my diary.....
go to HomePage: Home and Health
there is a list of forums on the right hand side - click on "weight loss" I think it's the 2nd one down.
Click on "find" on the top menu bar (after "go" and "new")
type ann's diary in the search box
this will take you to a link to page 15 (last page) of my diary
scroll to top, and click on page 1, to read from the beginning.
I don't write in it now, hardly ever, but those first few weeks are crucial, and difficult. Perhaps it will help others to see what it was like for me.

Not a bad idea Debbie - I'd LOVE to lead "The Good Life" type of life. Don't know about Michael though!!!!
