Hi all, well i have managed to lose the vodka weight so am back to 209lbs think i am gonna aim for 207lbs by monday. I have even offered to baby sit for my sister tonight so i am not tempted to go to pub.
So todays menu is

Breakfast- bowl of rice krispie things - 170 cals

Lunch- ww chicken noodle soup - 50 cals

Dinner- chicken wrap and salad

snack- banana 90
