What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

Green:

A- 175ml whole milk

B- Ryvita minis
B- 2 Alpen light bars
 
A: 30g cheddar to have with jacket potato and onion
B: 2 small pieces of wholemeal bread to have with boiled egg :) happy dipping! :p

I got to target last night and I'm not sure how many HEX's I'll need so increasing it by one.
HEX A: 30g Cheddar
HEX B: 2 Weetabix
HEX B: 2 slices of bread (400g)

EE (well, was supposed to be Success Express, but I think I've messed that up by having too many carbs! Feels very un-Slimming World to say that! :rolleyes:)
HExA - 70g Philly light + dash of milk in tea
HExB - 30g Weetabix choc bite size

Made a nice change as I normally use my HExB for toast in the morning.

HExA1 - 30g cheddar (in a massive veg omelette for brekkie. Yum!)

HExB1 - Small slice of wholemeal bread (with brekkie)
HExB1 part 2! - tbc! I'll update later, when I've decided!

HExB2 - Weetabix Oaty bar with a cuppa in a minute!
