Yum, I love costa!

My syns today will be on chocolate (12) and Tesco chilli chicken noodle salad for 2 and a hf syns

Me too, my local Costa still has some of it's festive syrups going too. Creme brullee & salted caramel skinny lattes always feel like a right treat!

I try not to go above 10 a day, what usually works for me. When I get nearer 15 don't seem to have as good a losses especially the closer i've got to target.
