What are you using your syns on today?

Last night 25g maltesers and a 125ml of red wine
Tonight out for dinner so will try to curb myself! (will be first time for dinner out since starting SW)
 
So far the only Syns I have planned for today are:

- Quorn peppered steak (0.5)
- Options hot chocolate (2)

Will probably have some chocolate or something later on tonight though, so will update later! :)
 
today:

1 sugar
2 light choices salad cream
3 half packed of blue dragon szechuan sauce
3 hifi light
4 velvet crunch

Have basically used my full 15 syns everyday since last week, i'm worried for weigh in on Wed, although I know I shouldnt be!
 
So far I have planned

Lurpak lightest 2 tsp on toast - 2
Lurpak lightest 3 tsp on jacket pot - 3
Lighter than light mayo - 1
McCain jacket - 1

Total 7

Will probably have an Options before bed so 9 in total.

Having a 'free' dinner, (chicken, veggies and SW chips)
 
1 tbsp golden syrup (2.5)
1 Curly Wurly (6)
1 tbsp Flora Extra Light (1.5)

10 in total, leaving 6.5 for tomorrow :)
 
Cocoa powder and castor sugar in my desert which worked out at 2 syns for a portion and lasagna ingredients another 2 syns.
Later I'll have a curly wurly bringing my total to 10.

Maybe a hifi light (3) or bag of velvet crunch (4) laters.
 
I have had an Asda Bubbly Bite (3 syns) and a fat free Greek yoghurt (fruit flavour). I think the yoghurt is 0.5 but must check. I am having some low fat creme fraiche later (anyone know the syn value per table spoon?) and a blob of salsa (0.5 syns). I might then have a Highlights hot choc before bed (2 syns).

6.5 in total, my weekly allowance of 105 is completely used up.
 
34g tube of fruit polos - 7 syns
small pot of Hartleys sugar free Jelly - 0.5 syns
Options white chocolate hot chocolate - 2 syns
= 9.5
