I'll post it later when I have the magazine to hand (should be okay posting as well with it being from an old running mag and not slimming world) obviously syns differ depending on how many you make.


I'm going to try it with different things in as well, cherry and almond would be nice.

3.5syns on Ovaltine Light Chocolate and 4 syns on 12 mini marshmallows taking me to 7.5 for the day.
 
Im having a chicken Kebab and chips plus wine which will bring me over 15 but will be good after my weekend away.

I'm having chicken kebab tomorrow, going to try and stay off the chips though and call it a red day so I can have some healthy extra's when I get home
 
I had 0.5 for chilli con carne and will have 3 for mini gold bunny and 5 for wotsits so 8.5 for me today
 
So far today:

1 mini meringue shell (1)
1 ML Greek strawberry yogurt (0.5)
1 Malteaser mini bunny (3)

Have brought some of my fave ice cream (Antonio Federici gelato Tiramisu- its just wow!) as I have a sore throat, worked out its 11.5 Syns for 100g so thinking of having 50g and counting 6 Syns... Not sure 50g would be a lot tho.... Going to make rice pudding after dinner so maybe I'll be too full!!
In that case, if I don't have the ice cream, I'd only have had 4.5 Syns so I might dive into some chocs later or maybe a bag of Wotsits? So many choices....

Ok didn't have rice pudding, was too full after dinner!

So I've had an extra Malteaser mini bunny (3), 2tbsp reduced salt tommy k (1) and a pkt of Wotsits (5)
So a total of 13.5 today :)

Was only meant to use 10.5 syns today but made a few mistakes lol
So todays syns went on:

2 tsps choc spread - 3 syns
Tbsp brown sauce - 1 syn
1 sausage - 4.5 syns
200g Pineapple cottage cheese - 3 syns
Half tbsp light salad cream - 0.5 syn
Pear Activia yoghurt - 3.5 syns

Total - 15.5
 
I've had a "Just Made for You" square crumpet for breakfast this morning (7) and will probably have some chocolate of some form later on tonight :)
 
So fat I've had 2 Syns of golden syrup in my rice pudding this morning.
Plan to use the rest of poppadums (2 each) and homemade bhaji's (1 each) and samosas (1 each) for dinner tonight :)
 
This is the plan at the moment:

3 on all bran chocolate crunch
3 on alpen light double chocolate bar
3 on alpen light lemon drizzle bar
3 on tesco light choices cumberland sausages
2 on highlights hot chocolate

14 syns in total

So fat I've had 2 Syns of golden syrup in my rice pudding this morning.

Also 1/2 a Syn for 25ml of skimmed milk, as I was going to do half and half for HEXA but ended up using 200ml of skimmed milk instead of 175ml!
 
My syns today are:

166g Healthier Choice Co-op Jalfrezi curry sauce - 5 syns
2 tsps choc spread - 3 syns

That's my lot for today as I went over 2.5 syns yesterday lol
