A brand new Slimming World week starts for me today, so that means a fresh load of Syns!

- 2 x Lemon Greek Muller Light (1)
- 3 slices of chorizo (2.5)
- 2 x tbsp lighter than light mayo (1)
- 1 x Honey Monster honeycomb and chocolate "Stix" (2.5)

7 Syns for today! :)

Saving all mine for my Chinese take away after weigh in tonight. Sweet & sour chicken with a few salt & pepper chips :) xxx

I bought a bag of Thorntons Viennese Truffles on Tuesday after weigh-in and forgot I had them, just found them in my handbag. 2.5 Syns each so I'm contemplating having four later this evening (if I can wait that long)

- M&S Delicious & Nutritious Teriyaki beef salad bites in mooli ribbons with a sweet soy dipping sauce (2)
- Chocolate and fudge Alpen Light (2.5)

Going to Pizza Express for tea tonight, so treating myself to one of their Leggera pizzas (25 Syns)

That will be my only Syns for today, so far taking me to 28.5 / 105 Syns for the week! :)

Yesterday was the start of a new Slimming World week for me, and I am trying to keep my Syns a bit lower than normal this week.

Yesterday was:
- Strawberry Danio (1)
- 16g Tesco Mozzarella (2)
- 1 x tbsp Choc Shot (2)
5 Syns in total.


Today will be:
- Strawberry Danio (1)
- Cadbury Creme Egg Biscuit (4)
5 Syns in total.
 
All mine plus more are going on a dominos pizza I'm ordering after weigh in tonight haha xxx
