What are you using your syns on today?

green & blacks chocolate - 4.5
 
I'm having some reduced fat peanut butter (2) & 16g of crushed peanuts (4).

I think that's it for today, will carry some over for wine tmrw!

I haven't planned any in yet... But I'm thinking a cookies and cream kitkat tonight with a brew 5.5 syns
 
7 syns on full fat coconut milk for my green curry (can't get on with the half fat stuff - lived in Asia too long haha!)
2 syns on soya yogurt
0.5 syns on vegan cheese powder for my pasta

none else as I'm trying to have 10 syns every day, and every third day of so I'll have 15.
