well... the important thing is to keep you in ketosis... I would suggest vitamin / mineral supplements & watercress / spinach leaf salad with fish until you can get some sachets...

I would definitely check out the refeed section on what you can have during this week. I think I spotted in there a couple of weeks ago what you can have for the first couple of days that will keep you in ketosis. Good luck xx

Just remember to be positive look back through the threads for ideas just remember not to eat any carbs if you do it will knock you out of ketosis
