well... the important thing is to keep you in ketosis... I would suggest vitamin / mineral supplements & watercress / spinach leaf salad with fish until you can get some sachets...
I would definitely check out the refeed section on what you can have during this week. I think I spotted in there a couple of weeks ago what you can have for the first couple of days that will keep you in ketosis. Good luck xx
