What can you manage?

    Just wondering if I should buy the 30 day shred, or whether I'd be being ridiculous if I can't manage it at all?

    I'm size 20, 5'9....not sure If that makes any odds, just giving you all a rough overview.....
    I can walk a good few miles no problem, I exercise on the wii but finding that it's not pushing me enough, I'm going to start swimming but I'm not ready to start running outdoors yet (I'll buy outdoor sports gear when I've dropped a dress size or so) so really I want to know....

    Any one of my level of fitness/weight/size (or there about as we cant be that accurate - of course) tried the 30 day shred & managed it? I'd like to know before I buy it.

    Ps. I don't mind aching like a bi**h....and I'm all for pushing myself, but will I actually get through it?

    I have that, I can et through level 1 but am cream crackered! It is a really good workout tho and its great its only 20 mins but you feel like you have done a hour! hope that helps :) x
