What could I order from the chinese?



I've got the power
It's a toughie! How about plain rice and steamed veggies with soy? Sounds a bit miserable LOL but I would avoid any of their sauces like the plague, so high in MSG and sugar.
I was thinking about plain boiled rice too...

Okay just checked Nutracheck (dunno why I didn't in the first place) and chicken chow mein is only 381 cals and 8g fat.

I'd have that on it's own.
Says per serving though...I usually have a container to myself:rolleyes: Or does that mean a serving? *wishful thinking*
