What do you drink of an evening? (Non alcoholic)

Thanks for this thread, I often fancy something other than water but always worry about hidden syns.

I usually drink water during the day as I have given up caffeince as TTC.

Of an evening I buy the cheapo 17p sparkling water from Tesco and have it with squash as a "treat" It is quite nice though to be fair.
