What do you have as an evening snack

I don't eat sugar so I make my own chocolate peanut freezer fudge. It's high in fat so filling, without impacting on blood sugar, so one little square is always enough. Doesn't trigger an evening binge.

1/2 cup peanut butter (not the junk kind with sugar in)
1/4 cup coconut oil (unrefined)
3 tbs cocoa powder (check carbs, go for lowest you can find)
2 tbs splenda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (again check there's no added sugar)

Blitz in a food processor, pour into square tray/container and allow to set in the freezer. Then chop up and keep in the freezer.

I also add pistachio nuts and sprinkle coconut on top. Yummy with a cuppa!!!

I have 107 calories for double kit kat two finger bar. Or a cadburys chocolate peanut crunch bar 147 calories and 5g fat. ..or if im reli good il stick to fresh fruit but normally the small treats keep me on track =)
