What else, if anything, should i eat?

Hello! I'm starting this on Thursday and I wanted to know what else I should be eating other than the packs. I'm planning start on four a day so totally replace meals, but have noticed that some people add veg. Is this optional? Is there a limit to how much I can have? is there a milk allowance?

Any help would be much appreciated!
 
The list of veggies is on the info that comes with your packs, I'm just reading it now cos I'm starting tomorrow,eek!! The nilk allowance is 150ml of skimmed and having just measured it out in readiness, it's a teeny amount for a milkaholic like myself.

its well woth it though! stick with it and it works!

i dont really drink tea or coffee so i guess im lucky i save my milk for my crispy choc shake, i add ice as well and use a smoothie 2 go blender and it makes for a really creamy thick shake! but each to their own of course

you will both be fine x
