What is everyone eating today?

I had toast for breakfast and banana and orange
Then out for lunch where I had parma ham and melon for starter, steak with salad and veg and spinach(which I think had oil in :eek:)
I didn't have a pudding at the restaurant but did have a few spoons of hubbys!
Had 4 (I think;)) glasses of wine and then went back to my mums and had a sw freindly trifle and a coffee oh and 1 lindt white choc mmmmm...am hoping that this doesn't do too much damage to this weeks wi! but a little treat every now and then is ok I think!
 
Bacon and Quorn bap
Portobello mushrooms stuffed with fresh basil, green pepper and mini babybel light, roasted corn on the cob and thai spiced potato wedges
Spicy carrot soup - didn't like it

2 mini creme eggs and a mini milk
 
Breakfast- Porridge with splenda and a banana
Snack- Ryvita with quark and banana
Lunch- Jacket potato with what we call the crazy dad thing (which is made with peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes fried in fry light)
Dinner- Chicken Risotto ( which had peppers, onions, sweetcorn, peas and mexican bean mix in it. It was the first time i tried to make it, and turned out quite yum! :) )

Breakfast oats so simple golden syrup and milk from allowance (1 syn)

lunch jacket potato, beans, dairylea triangle (2.5 syns)

snacks banana, mullerlight

main meal - sw chicken chow mein - omg it was the nicest SW meal I have ever had. IF all healthy food tasted this good I'd have been slim years ago. Syn free too on EE
 
Today's not been a good day!

Breakfast: 2 hot cross buns.

Lunch: Skipped!

Dinner: Mushroom cous cous with added tomatoes, cucmbers and peppers

Snacks: Banana, Yoghurt, Mandarins
 
Red day for me today:

Breakfast - Activia Yogurt

Lunch - Hot Beef & Home-made chutney filled wholemeal pittas (1 as HEb) 1 6syns

Dinner - Sliced Beef, Roast Peppers, Courgettes & Tomatoes & SW Roast Pots (HEb)

Will snack on fruit if needed later & prob have another yoghurt.

Looking at that I haven't had any HEa's so instead of fruit - will snack on babybel lights :D

Tea: bacon, onion and potato hotpot with cauliflower cheese (melted HEXA light laughing cows)

Snacks: Hot cross bun loaf slice and light flora (6) strawberries and 0% greek yogurt

Breakfast - 2 slices of toast (HEb), some baked beans and 2 quorn sausages
Lunch - 2 kiwis
Dinner - Stir fry veg with noodles and black bean sauce (2.5 syns).

A few cups of tea using HEa milk.

Think I might have a custard cream later!

Dinner- baked salmon with a chilli and garlic stir fry served with rice noodles (1 syn)

Snacks - eat smart snacks 1.5 syns
Options chocolate 2 syns
 
For me today I have had:

B - 28g porridge oats (HEb)& 125ml ss milk (HEa)

Lunch - Wholemeal pitta (HEb) filled with chicken & home made chutney & actimal ff yog

Dinner - Chicken stir-fry with lots of cabbage, mushrooms, onions garlic, peppers, beansprouts & soy sauce

Going to eat some fruit now :)

Breakfast - Breakfast fruit in juice (1.5 syns)
Lunch - Tuna and light mayo (1 syn) with sweetcorn, onion and cucumber on W/M roll (HEXB) add 0.5 syn for light spread
E/M Quorn Moussaka with salad and SW potato wedges add 2 syns for mayo. Followed by FF Activia Yoghurt

Used HEX A for milk in Coffee

Think this makes it an EE day?

Green day :)

Breakfast - alpen bar
Lunch - pot of beans from KFC (spent the day out shopping and had these whilst my boyfriend had lunch there)
Afternoon - second alpen bar to complete heb

Tea - sw chips, 2 quorn sausages & 1 LM sausage (2syns), mixed veg, gravy (1syn) and one yorkshire pud (2syns)

Super/movie snack plate (I normally have this for lunch but we're watching a movie so I thought it would be a good snack platter) - pack of Walkers baked s&v crisps (4.5 syns), 2 x toast heb2, 42g grated low fat cheddar hea, lots of pickled onions and cut up apple - sw platter to munch :D

Have another hea left but I am stuffed so unless I have a glass of milk I think I'll give it a miss.

snacks - mullerlight,curly wurly(6 syns),salt and vinegar snackajacks(4.5 syns),tangerine,pear,grapes
