What is the 1000 plan?


I am going to start 790/810 this week, but as i'm going to the gym (she says!!!!) I'm wondering if 1000 might be better. What does 1000 entail? What'sthe weight loss like? Sure it will be nothing like ss/790 weight loss, but i'd be happy with 2lb per week really.

I have emailed my nearest cdc to make an appointment for this week. I have seen another cdc on this forum who's in middlewich and would love to see her (I can't remember her name now - flirtygreeneyes???) but it's a bit of a drive (bout half an hour!). Just had a really good feeling when I was reading posts earlier and i'm a big believer in first impressions and gut instincts :D

Loving the Cambridge Diet
The 100 plan is breakfast, a salad lunch, a 790-type Dinner plus 2 x CD meal replacements, plus milk allowance and fruit

Folks do a full gym work-out on 790 with no problems.
