A good body has to be earned
Remember, after every low there will be a high
Remember how proud you'll be at the end and how fab you'll look in jeans again!
The difference is everyone feels like giving up...the strong don't !
I can't achieve my goal without hard work and sacrifice
Why put it off, if I won't be happy til I'm back in shape, put the work in now.
When you look and feel good you'll treat your body well and maintain it

and the mantra i tell myself every time my hand reaches out to stuff face with my little girl's food that she's left on her plate or her choccy treats..

don't cheat - 'cos the only person you're kidding is yourself

....works every time :)

This weekend we decided that our Dukan mantra was:

"Nothing tastes as good as eating what you like and staying slim feels - and it's worth waiting for" - which is the promise that Conso and Stabilisation hold out to all us.

So far, (fingers crossed) the promise has been kept.
