Starting tomorrow I'm going to keep a food diary, as I've been a bit naughty lately! Will be mostly Green days, as I'm not a huge fan of meat and I haven't really got my head around EE (though may give this a try soon!)

Any advice as I go along will be muchly appreciated! (I don't go to meetings - I'm a poor student!) :)

Monday 8th Feb 2010

Breakfast:

2 Large Mandarins
Mullerlight

Lunch:

Tomato and Herb Pasta and Sauce
Three Laughing Cow Light Cheese Triangles (HEa - 2 left, will have later!)

Dinner: Had a VERY picky friend round for dinner... and felt bad about making something seperate! :S

2 Cod Fish Cakes (7 syns)
100g ASDA Curly chips (6.5 Syns)
Last 2 Cheese Triangles

Looks like a good start! I generally stick to green days - but switch to EE at weekends as it seems easier to stick to if you are going out for meals! Also, you cannot really get a Sunday roast to work that well on red/green if you want potatoes and meat!

Yea, I know what you mean! I love my Green days - can't live without carbs! :D Might try an EE day later in the week though!

Congrats on your weight loss so far as well - that's amazing!! :)
