What should I do? Missed Shakes

Yesterday I had my breakfast shake and at lunch I had my tuna with cucumber and lettuce however, I had something really important in the evening and when I got home I was too tired to make my last 2 shakes.

I feel so weak today and ultra tired.

Can I have at least 1 of the shakes I should have had today extra...I'm scared I will do some damage. :confused:

i would try and get them in today especially since ur tired and weak, thats what happens to me if ive missed shakes

i missed one on sunday so had 4 on monday to compensate
