what should i do?

S: 92.7kg C: 37.7kg G: 70kg BMI: 13.1 Loss: 55kg(59.3%)
im not going to go into much detail cause itll probably bore you all rigid but just to say ive had a S***y week so far in that on tuesday i was made redundant from one of my two days a week jobs and that yesterday had a car accident and the cars out of use and ive got a bad back and hip!!!! ive done my crying and wingeing and now i want advise..

yesterday i had something sweet when i got home cause i was in shock and felt i needed a biscuit or three with my tea which i had and enjoyed so that not the question cause i dont feel guilty..my question is cause moneys gonna be tighter after i finish work in four weeks should i continue LT or do i give up? im only set to be here six weeks anyway but im in a quandry as to what to do??

my advise would be to stick with it as far as you want to go. you've done fantastically well so far so i wouldn't let this get in the way of your goal

If you were stopping in four weeks time, i think you should refeed after three for at least another 2 weeks, otherwise if you go straight in to reg eating you may mess it all up. best o' luck finding another job, so painfull when that happens and the car crash to top it off, poor thing.

Challenging time for you for sure I would say stick with it for as long as you can afford it. Whilst rough things happen to us in life we need to remain focused on the goals that we want to acheive.If you manage a few more weeks of this then it is a great start to any other diet you do x

hi angie44..thanks for your reply. ive only got a little more to lose anyway so its not actually a precursar to losing more weight elsewhere but cause its £36.00 a week im having to think of priorities..that said im a priority too i suppose lol ..god gotta laugh otherwise id cry after the week ive had!!

Hiya hun, ya have certainly been through the mills lately and so sorry to hear about that. Regarding the diet my advice would be to stick to it after all ya have done so well so far. Ya can only make this decision for yourself but i wish ya well with it, take care
