Staff do on Friday night, and since experience tells me that I need to stay on track on Friday, or go off the rails for the whole weekend, i'd really appreciate tips on what to eat. I don't really want to advertise the fact that I'm on a diet!

    Thanks in advance.

chicken biryani is lovely and only 12.5 syns on a green day. Keep away from the sweet curries like passanda and korma. Chicken tikka is good for a red day, it's the dry chicken tikka meat and normally served with salad.
