Have decided to start loggin my food intake down
and reserve my normal waffle for my other diary...
Been a bit of plan for a while so I'm hoping this will help...
 
I am going to apologise in advance..
I waffle a lot
I faff a lot
I chop and change a lot
And I'm a tweaker
I plan but I tweak
So if at anytime I confuse anyone with a tweak please don't send out the SW police at me..

Today's Scoffage = EE day

HEA 5 Deli light blue cheese
HEB 2 x Ryvita
HEA extra using syns 6 milk for coffee

Breakfast
2 x egg omelet ( using 2 of the above mentioned blue cheese )
filled with Ham
tomatoes and caperberries

Lunch
2 x Ryvita ( the other cheeses )
Ham
Pickled onions

Dinner
Beef Stew
With tatties, peas and green beans

It does taste like chicken and also looks like chicken on the plate if it is jointed or off the bone.

I hate seeing it in all the supermarkets here. It looks like skinned baby but I have eaten it here . There is a brilliant garlic and chicken dish that is done in the more traditional Spanish restaurants and is lush but and it is a big BUT I have never managed to buy it and cook it here.
Why I do not know but for me bunny and Neddy seem to be off limits.
All baby animals are cute , all of the ones in the food chain too but we eat them without any fuss. Silly isn't it.

That is so true Sue!

When Lloyd was born, he was extremely long and thin, and I recall saying to Hubby when they pulled him out, and placed him on my belly, that he looked like a skinned rabbit hanging in the shop!:eek:

homemade Veggie Moussaka using an A
for the sauce
with green beans and spinach
