What's different this time

Well rejoined and back on the bandwagon this morning. The diferences im making this time to help me along to make this time different are

* Plan, plan, plan
* Online shop for food on the plan
* Limit the diet coke
* add in exercise - just bought zumba for the wii
* DO NOT get on the scales

In fact for the last one ive taken the scales to my mums and told her to hide them!

Has anyone else made any changes to make it stick this time or got any tips

The planning I find is the key. Try to drink more water that always helps! what day is your WI?
I have tried eating more melon and strawberries this week - will see if that makes any difference.
