Whats everyone havin today then???

    I dont kow about anyone else but I think this will help me. Im going to post my food diary for the day ahead...if Ive made any points mistakes or anyone has better suggestions let me know:

    Brekkie: Porrige Quick Oats tub 2.5
    Snack: Banana 1.5
    Lunch: Campbells beef & veg soupfulls ...only 3 points
    Snack: Apple 0.5
    Dinner: 1 poached egg 1.5pts, 2 slices of bacon 3pts, 2 slices
    of WW bread & low fat butter 1.5pts
    Milk for the day: 1.5
    Rice Krispie Square for a treat 2pts

    Total 17 but I might have bread with my soup depending on how full I am!

    Correct me on the rice krispie square if Im wrong!

    Rice Crispie squares used to be 2 points but havent had one for a bit :)

    Hmm, I'm not sure what I'm having today, but I'm thinking maybe ww tomato soup (1pt) with 4 slices of 50/50 crustless bread (3pts) with diet flora (1pt) for lunch, 1/2 pint of skimmed milk for tea through the day (1pt) and then maybe cod (2pts) mash (3.5pts) beans (1pt) and sweetcorn (1pt) for dinner. That leaves me with 6.5pts (plus 1pt saved from yesterday) to use up on breakfast/snacks through the day. Plenty me thinks :)
