Cheesy bacon stack


Hexb of bread, 2 bacon rashers, mushrooms, tomatoes and 1/2 HEXA of cheese melted together and topped with the other slice.

i've had fruit salad with yog and going to have 2 of these....

eggs in a basket type things...never made them before but they smell yummy...just ham lined on my muffin tin then cracked an egg in and put them in the oven.

they were really nice...and i could just imagine them in a muffin like something you'd get from mcdonald's! lol
dunno what it would be like with bacon....but i really liked how the ham tasted when it was warm

dunno how long they were in for to be honest....just put them on low and plodded about doing other stuff. just kept checking them - i'm funny with eggs and only took them out when i knew they were solid lol x

Im a shift worker for a food manufacturer and as I work in technical i have to do a post clean/pre production inspection etc. Started at 4am and worked through till 12noon. Nasty shift but im on my holibobs for the next two weeks YAY
