Whats for tea tonight?

smoked haddock, brown rice, loads of roasted veg in balsamic vinegar.
 
I made the Veggie casserole with barley from the new SW All in one cookbook, some really good recipes in there and this one was real comfort food stuff
 
I'm having homemade EL beef & red onion burgers for tea tonight, stuffed with BabyBel Light's (HExA), and served with vegetable kebabs. Feels like a proper treat :drool:
 
Spaghetti Bolognaise is in the Slow Cooker!
 
Half a Cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce with added mushrooms, 45g half fat cheese and 2 quorn sticky fillets.
