Been snowed in(40cm!!) all day no fresh fruit or veg for me so threw some frozen spinach,brocolli and peas into last nights leftover stew,was lush!

Last night was at friends house, had a really lovely sausage cobbler with peas and roasties, so yummy going to adapt it to SW and make it next week x

No idea what I'm gonna have. I've nothing in cos shopping due to be done today but weather has brought all the panic buyers out in full force

I've found a baking potato n tin of beans in cupboard so gonna have that for lunch today n hopefully hubby will be able to get something for us whilst he's out in the snow.

Fingers crossed anyway....otherwise I'll be hewing in my finger later
