Have to eat out after the gym with very limited options, so going for plain jacket potato (using vinegar to moisten it) from one restaurant with a big salad from the kebab shop next door, which should be tomatoes, shredded red cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, jalapenos and maybe some pickles?
First day on SW, so we're giving syn free curry and bhajis a go :) and then a rum and diet coke to use up some of those pesky syns heehee
