Well i've lost the plot today.........been out all day and was going to a market to get tea and lots of fruit n veg..........didn't get a thing! My heads all over the place lol, ended up with Sw chips and a ww thai curry(7syns and was crap) still feel starving hungry!!!!

Made an envelope of foil, put in salmon steaks and 4 large prawns, squeezed lemon juice and sprinkled with dried basil. Served with new potatoes and asparagus. Yum Yum Yum!!!

It was delicious JoC, What I didn't tell on an open forum is that I put Hollandaise sauce on the salmon and asparagus!! Oops, now everyone knows! I have just looked up the syn value and thankfully the amoun I had was approx 5-6 syns!!
