oooooooooooo whats the chocolate bread and no butter pudding ???
It's wholemeal bread from HEB not buttered! cut up and layered in a small dish/lrg ramakin with a few raisins (optional & synned) then beat an egg with a drop of skimmed milk from HEA add cocoa powder (optional & synned) and granulated sweetner to taste, pour over bread and allow to soak for 5 or 10 mins then bake in oven til set serve with low fat synned custard :D

Tonights dinner is quorn casserole with a dumpling (synned) and sweet potato mash followed by homemade rice pudding for dessert

(the rest of the family are having beef casserole but I mainly do green days )
