had mushy pea curry last night and will have cottage pie with baked beans in it tonight

I have Spaghetti Bolognese with a sprinkle of blue cheese on top (HEa), minus the spaghetti but with stir fry veg as I am on a red day.

Im on another red day today and for dinner its going to be:-

• toad in the hole :-
• 1 tesco finest sausage (5.5)
• 1/2 x 8" home made yorkshire (3)
• nobbies (brussels)
• carrots
• broccoli
• gravy granules (1)
• onions

I know it sounds quite high, but I can fit it into my day easily -so Im a happy bunny

Tonight I trying a quorn n veg stew, last I made Chinese mince with stir fry veg n rice mixed in it was gorge!!

EE Day - Pasta and Philli light with garlic and herbs, mushrooms, bacon, baby corn, onion and chilli and sauce made with philli, milk from allowance and an egg.

I'm making my housemates home made chicken kebab, pittas, garlic sauce (with yoghurt), salad and slimming world chips.. don't think the boys believe I'm allowed kebab on a diet lol!

I think tonight might be home made burgers, but may do a sort of roast dinner, depends how tired I am when I get in!
If I do a roast it'll be pork steaks, veg, SW roasts, stuffing and gravy.
HM burgers will be served with roasted veg.
Will have to wait and see!
