Whats for tea tonight?

Got some chicken thighs defrosting so I might do a curry with them or maybe just roast them, will have to have a look in the recipes for some inspiration!
 
im doing pizza topped chicken breast tonight co-op are doing chicken breasts half price at the mo for 4 ,
quorn fillet ones for me,
apple amber sounds nice !!!

Don't think it really matters what I have for tea, the amount of junk i have eaten today... I'll try for chicken & broccoli though
 
I'm having salmon fillet, baby new potatoes & salad :D
 
tonight having quorn chilli with taco trays (2 syns each) with HEX A cheese, thick and chunky old del paso salsa (0.5 syn 2 level tbsp) and some lettuce and ww creme friche (0.5 level tbsp)
 
Im having chicken breast with a tomato and basil dressing, sweet potato and lots of mixed veg.
 
were having the sin free pork chow mein from the starter pack, it's lovely and nicer than a takeaway:D
 
It's using up last nights roast chicken. You can use it for loads of different things & stretchs over lots of meals hence rubber!

Lemon and garlic roast chicken and veg from last months magazine! I always use boneless and skinless chicken thighs, had it for tea last night with mash and boiled veg and then a smaller version for lunch - although there was no chicken as my cat pinched it :O (no treats for kitty!!)

What does celeriac taste like Emsie? Like celery at all, cos celery is Yuk! :p haha

Is it easy to cook? Looks hard to chop like swede. Nearly break my wrist with that stuff, lol.
I've seen it on lots of cooking shows - 'creamed celeriac', always think it looks tasty & like mash or parsnips as you said.
