Having an Ainsley Harriot couscous and some baked fish with balsamic roasted peppers, onions, courgette, and mushrooms. Yum.

Red day so had 2 x youngs fish in butter sauce(think 1.5 syns each but sw website down grrr) served with a mountain of cabbage and mange tout.........not had this for years and it was ok especially for a work tea, quick n easy!

Also did a sw quiche to snack on lol found it to be very wet.........am i doing something wrong?

We had the so juicy herb chicken (nom!) with roast sweet pots, pots, carrotts, brocoli and sugar snap peas. And I made some mushroom and red onion gravy. Was delish!

Tandoori chicken pieces marinated with ff yoghurt and tandoori spice with a splash of lemon. Savoury rice and salad. Yum
