Whats for tea tonight?

Think I might do the mediteranian (sp??) chicken bake recipe thats in the current SW magazine, but use lean pork steaks instead of chicken. I don't eat red meat or fish (can't stand them!) so we just seem to live off chicken, so fancying pork for a change. Mmmmmm!

It's a type of Mexican salsa. Really yummy and simple!:)

1 white onion, finely chopped
4 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
2 or 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
½ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon limejuice
Salt to taste

Then mix and refrigerate for an hour so the flavours mix. :)
