Yeah no ice cream for me. Just ff tonight with the strawberries and frozen muller light tomorrow (for the first time so hope it's nice)

Almost 'Snap' I'm having veggie shepherds pie topped with swede, parsnip & carrot mash
My recipe if you're interested is:

Veggie Shepherds Pie ~ Half Syn + 1 HexA on Green or EE + 1 HexB on Red

1/2 chopped onion
1 grated carrot
1 tin chopped tomatoes or 1 carton of passata ** Omit if using just baked beans
1 tbsp tomato puree ~ 1/2 Syn
1/2 tsp dried herbs or 1 tsp fresh herbs (mixed herbs, basil or oregano)
1 small tin sweetcorn, drained (HexB on red)
1 chopped red or yellow pepper
4-6 mushrooms, sliced or chopped
1 tin of beans or lentils, drained...haricot, black eyed, mixed beans, red kidney, whatever! or just baked beans
Mashed veg (I use parsnip, swede & carrot - but adjust as you like and for whatever plan you're on)
Grated cheese ~ HexA

Fry onion and pepper in a fry light for a couple of minutes, add carrot and mushrooms, then add tomato puree and cook for a couple more minutes.
Add herbs and tomatoes/passata ** and bring to the boil
Add sweetcorn and beans.
Put in a casserole dish, top with mashed veg and top with grated cheese.

Bung in the oven at about 180 C/Gas 4 for 30 mins, until cheese is lightly browned and bubbling.

Please comment if I have made errors with the syns/Hex's, otherwise enjoy
