Experiementing with potato rostis....they didnt quite form as I expected, but am sure they will taste ok! Gonna have it with garden peas and beans.

Having a dabble with a green day so veggie Bol (red/White onion, courgette, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes and carrot-random I know but needed to be used up) with pasta and a pitta as my HEB
