that sounds sooooo good, me thinks i will have that tomorrow,

Tonight is a grilled chicken salad, and sugar free lime jelly for dessert.

i have a real craving for key lime pie today though

Having a small fillet steak as my HEB as it's 86g (how random that it's that weight without having to trim it) with smoked paprika/cayenne pepper SW chips with roasted garlic veggies and a salad. Leftover veggies I will use up for my dinner

Sweet chilli chicken kebabs, wholegrain rice and salad with some roasted veg chucked in.

It was lovely! Had some tesco reduced fat sour cream and chive dip on the side out of my sins. Mmmmm!

I actually do mentally divide my plate into thirds and then pile on the SF no lines though!
