Well we had a very Yummy Cottage Pie.....On a green day too..... Extra Lean Mince as a HEXB and all the rest was free even the gravy with the mince...........The only thing that let it down was the swede, it was all "bitty" after mashed......

Gonna be having the same tomorrow, cant wait

Had "freezer dregs bolgnaise"

Threw all the last bits of frozen veg out of the freezer into a pan with a chopped up onion and a tin of tomatoes and some quorn mince to make something closer to stew that bolognaise sauce to go on some wholewheat pasta.

There was carrots, peas, mushrooms, leeks, cauliflower,sweetcorn, baby onions, mixed peppers, sliced beans and sprouts in there somewhere.

I had el minced beef cooked with oxo, marmite, onions & mushooms 3tsp bisto (3syns between 2)
served with baby new potatoes in their skins, Brussels, carrots, cauli, broccoli, courgette and a few marrowfat peas
