I had grilled pork chops, SW chips and broccoli followed by blueberries and fat free natural yogurt

This evening I had a wholemeal pitta (HEB) stuffed with 2 quorn burgers ( 1/2 syn each) with melted babybel (HEA) , SW chunky chips/wedges and salad

Left over roast pork, carrots, cauliflower, green beans and cabbage. Think I might even make a stuffing ball too!

Got Zumba at 6.45 & hate eating too much before so at 5.30pm will have carrot & coriander soup and banana
at 8pm - pork chop with aunt bessies suede & carrot mash with 2 tlbsp apple sauce (2 syns)

Didn't have time over the weekend to do a full food shop, so probably pasta with a veggie/tomato sauce and what green veg there is in the fridge - green beans and broccoli, methinks.

Easy night of cooking as I have body pump straight after work tonight so needs to be easy and quick when I get back so it's batchelors macaroni cheese with broccoli

The most gorgeous ever, cottage pie mixed with tinned tomatoes and with a stock cube,then lovely mashed sweet potato on top, I have cooked this for my neighbours and now they have pinched the recipe!
