Chicken Stirfry tonight, was supposed to be last night but I didn't fancy it so made piri piri chicken, sweet potato mash and peas. Not to blow my own trumpet but it was AMAZING!!! Nandos eat your heart out! Unfortunatly I made a little too much so will have to subject myself to it again this lunch time... Such a shame

It's a kinda risotto, but more of a rice dish as it doesn't use risotto rice.
Not made this in yonks but it has tuna and peanuts and dates in it so need to work out the synnage

Jus had a chick and beef stew thats been in slow ccoker all day jus did it with meat water oxos and some bovril. Did seperate (as hubby wnt eat veg pain in bum he is) a small jacket hexb (what weight is it to b your hexb) with sprouts broccoli cauli carrots was lush
